Hiểm họa từ văn phòng làm việc

Theo chuyên trang sức khỏe của Asiaone, bất cứ nhân viên văn phòng nào cũng mắc phải căn bệnh này. SBS bao gồm những triệu chứng mà con người thường gặp khi làm việc lâu trong phòng kín như: dị ứng, hen suyễn, đau cơ…
Nghe có vẻ không nguy hiểm như các bệnh nan y, song theo chuyên gia sức khỏe trên Asiaone, cần cẩn trọng với những bệnh lý “vô thưởng vô phạt” này. Có những nơi rất đỗi gần gũi thân thuộc nhưng được mệnh danh là “mối nguy hiểm” của giới văn phòng mà theo nhiều chuyên gia sức khỏe, chúng ta đã lơ đãng bỏ qua.

1. Bụi bẩn

Bụi và ký sinh trùng từ màn hình máy tính, nơi được tiếp xúc thường xuyên nhất, chính là tác nhân trực tiếp gây nghẹt mũi, hắt hơi, phát ban da và kích ứng mắt. Một lượng lớn bụi bẩn tích tụ trên màn hình máy tính sẽ gây giảm độ sắc nét, buộc mắt phải điều tiết nhiều hơn trong quá trình làm việc, từ đó gây ra các rối loạn về mắt. Tình trạng này tiếp diễn lâu dài sẽ biến chứng thành các bệnh mạn tính khó trị như hen suyễn, sung huyết mũi và dị ứng.
Giải pháp: Thường xuyên lau dọn nơi làm việc để bàn ghế không bị bụi bẩn, cần đặc biệt chú ý đến khu vực máy tính và kệ sách. Thảm và rèm treo trong văn phòng cần được thay thế 10 năm một lần. Nên sử dụng máy hút bụi ướt thay cho máy hút bụi khô truyền thống vì chúng làm sạch bụi hiệu quả hơn.

2. Ánh sáng

Nếu ánh sáng mặt trời rọi thẳng vào màn hình máy tính nơi bạn làm việc sẽ làm chói mắt, từ đó sẽ buộc mắt phải điều tiết nhiều hơn, gây hiện tượng khô mắt và mỏi mắt. Đối với những người phải làm ca đêm, việc tiếp xúc với ánh sáng nhân tạo sẽ hạn chế quá trình sản xuất hoóc môn kích thích giấc ngủ melatonin, làm gián đoạn giấc ngủ bình thường. Theo thời gian sẽ gây ra bệnh đau nửa đầu, thường xuyên căng thẳng, mệt mỏi và lo âu.

Giải pháp: Sau 45 phút làm việc, nên thư giãn mắt từ 1 – 2 phút và nhanh chóng điều chỉnh giảm độ sáng màn hình máy tính nếu phải nheo mắt để nhìn vào màn hình vi tính.

3. Hóa chất

Tuy không thể nhận ra bằng mắt thường nhưng khí ozone rò rỉ từ máy in và máy fax là hợp chất hóa học nguy hiểm nhất tại nơi làm việc. Ngoài ra, dân văn phòng còn phải đối mặt với hàng loạt chất gây ung thư từ các loại hóa chất tẩy rửa. Hít các hợp chất này quá nhiều trong thời gian ngắn sẽ gây chóng mặt, đau nửa đầu và giảm nồng độ máu. Về lâu dài chúng có thể gây tổn thương hệ thống thần kinh trung ương.
Giải pháp: Tránh tiếp xúc nhiều với máy in khi không cần thiết. Giữ cho văn phòng thông thoáng bằng cách mở cửa sổ cho không khí lưu thông. Cần tránh các khu vực vừa được tẩy rửa vệ sinh ít nhất 15 phút trước khi sử dụng, đặc biệt là các phòng vệ sinh.

4. Không khí không thông thoáng

Cửa sổ luôn đóng là điều cực kỳ nguy hiểm cho nhân viên tại mọi vị trí ngồi trong văn phòng. Cửa đóng cộng thêm việc sử dụng máy lạnh thường xuyên khiến không khí gần như đóng băng. Hệ hô hấp vốn nhạy cảm nên dễ khó thở, khô họng, ho, ngứa mắt, phát ban da.
Giải pháp: Đặt một chiếc quạt nhỏ tại bàn làm việc để giúp không khí lưu thông. Tránh dùng máy điều hòa ở nhiệt độ quá thấp, cần vệ sinh 2 tháng một lần để tránh máy lạnh văn phòng trở thành ổ nấm mốc, vi khuẩn.

5. Kích thước ghế không phù hợp

Nhiều nghiên cứu đã chỉ ra rằng khoảng cách tiêu chuẩn từ đầu gối đến mép ghế là 5 cm. Nếu khoảng cách này lớn hơn, có nghĩa bạn đang sử dụng một chiếc ghế không phù hợp. Bạn thường có xu hướng di chuyển về phía trước và ngồi ở rìa của một chiếc ghế quá khổ. Điều này sẽ khiến bạn khó tựa lưng ra sau và gây tình trạng mỏi cổ và khuỷu tay. Theo thời gian, có thể biến chứng thành bệnh đau nhức mạn tính, đau thắt lưng và đau cơ.

Giải pháp: Hãy kiểm tra độ tương thích giữa bạn và ghế ngồi bằng cách đo khoảng cách từ đầu gối đến mép ghế. Ngoài ra, khoảng cách từ ghế đến bàn làm việc cũng được quá xa, tức cùi chỏ không vươn quá xa cơ thể và ít nhất nửa cánh tay phải đặt được lên bàn.

6. Bàn làm việc lộn xộn

Khi phải vươn người để với tới các vật dụng, có nghĩa bạn đang tự làm căng vai mình. Quá trình này nếu được lặp đi lặp lại thường xuyên sẽ gây đau cổ, vai, khuỷu tay, tê tay và giảm độ linh hoạt của các ngón tay.
